Bean’s first bath

Today was another big first. Bean’s first bath. Yes I do realize that he is 7 weeks old and should have had a bath by now. But do to the fact that his father has been gone 3 of those 7 weeks and really wanted to be a part of his first bath, we postponed it until now.
No, Bean has not been allowed to collect dirt and grime all of this time, but has endured sponge baths.
Although, his bath was a very short one, I think he enjoyed it. At least there weren’t any tears.

I'm quite fond of Bean, myself...and he looks like he is thoroughly enjoying his bath. I even showed some of my coworkers this blog...they thought he was quite cute as well

Love the pics. And I'm impressed with the amount of posts in a relatively short time. Kudos! (Must be the new management and the new child to use for material.) I must say, if Bean turns out to be as intelligent as he is handsome, look out world!

Dixie, He has such a big smile for such a little guy! Aren't they fun?! Watching them pass milestones is bittersweet. Daniel started walking last week and I keep thinking you are only 10 months old child. There is no hurry! (Other than if you want to be able to hold your own against your big brother you better get a move on!) Enjoy him...they don't stay little forever.

Hey, Dix!
So enjoying the pics of the precious little guy! And I'm happy to know that you haven't been allowing the grime to accumulate :) I was worried for a moment...yeah, right! I'm pretty sure you're the perfect lil' mamma! I am so ready to see you guys again soon, and spend some more quality time with the Bean...tell him Aunt Cindy loves him,'K?
Love ya!

Hey...forgot to tell you. My mom saw Carson's pics, and she says emphatically that he looks like his daddy. I agree :) He's Andy all over again!

Dixie,
Yeah! So happy for you. I was thinking about you the other day, and was wondering if and when you had had your baby. Actually, I think I dreamed about you... have alot of dreams these days... I have my ultrasound on the 13th. Have a good time with your little guy!

We are probably not the first to tell you this, but it appears that "Bean" has his daddy's grin. It is great seeing the pictures.
