Adventure: Whale Watching with Mamaw and Papaw. We went to Depoe Bay to watch for whales. We watched and watched and watched but didn't see any whales migrating by. It probably didn't help that we forgot the binoculars at home.
We were sorry we didn't see any whales, but it was nice to soak up some sunshine!
Anther fun adventure was to the Cape Meares Lighthouse. The weather for this one was cold and cloudy with a misty, drizzly rain.

Just up the hill from the Lighthouse was the Octopus Tree - this is one crazy looking creation!
